Can anyone recommend a coach training course

I am interested in becoming a coach and am looking for a good coach training course.

I am based in Hong Kong but do not mind travelling, although preferably within Asia.

Has anyone take the Results Coaching Intensive Coach Training course? They run courses in Singapore.

I would be interested in any feedback anyone has about the Results course or any other courses.

I have a friend that took the Results course in Australia. They found it very worthwhile.

Make sure you use the Search function of this site or visit the Teleclasses / Workshops / Seminars / Courses forum

When choosing a course, it's a good idea to have an idea of what type of coach you wish to be. Alun Richards has some good ways to find this out, particularly to identify your coaching niche. Visit his website at http://www.brandingyou.org/

Once you know what type of coach you'd like to be you will find yourself in a better position to evaluate course specifics.

Perhaps when you've selected a course you could come back here and share your reasoning why. That will help others make their decision.

Executive Coaching Course

Hi There
I have recently completed a masters (MSc) course in executive coaching at Ashridge business school here in the UK They also provide accreditation as part of the package. The accreditation has been one of the most challenging things I have ever done, especially since my accreditors were none other than Eric de Haan (author of several books including Coaching with Colleagues) and Mike Milan (co-author of the reflecting glass). This course is well worth the £18000 and two years commitment.

I hope this is useful
